SECURITY
Upon initial setup of the Mobile Business Banking app, activate Mobile NetGuard by receiving codes through your mobile device and email. For subsequent logins, your Internet Banking for Business credentials—password, PIN, or fingerprint—are required.
Additional security measures feature 128-bit encryption alongside lock-out and time-out protocols. Remember to log out promptly after completing your banking activities and refrain from saving your BNZ access number, PIN, password, or NetGuard details on any device. The app does not retain access IDs, passwords, or personal data.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
<ul>
	<li>An Android version of 8.0 or higher is mandatory for utilizing this application.</li>
	<li>Mobile data connection is necessary to access the BNZ app.</li>
	<li>In case of phone loss, contact your Internet Banking for Business Administrator promptly to deactivate access or log in using an alternate device. Alternatively, reach out at 0800 269 4242 (+64 4 931 8234 for international callers).</li>
